SQ performs safety audits to ensure all SQ employees are in compliance with all applicable customer and SQ policies and procedures.
SQ has a comprehensive Environmental, Health, and Safety Program focusing on worker safety from the front line to the COO. The program consists of extensive accident reporting processes and documentation, including monthly safety topics, job safety analysis, and safety training for our employees, in various positions, in the field.
Safety is the most important aspect of working for SQ. Each SQ team member is personally responsible for working safely and for looking out for the safety of others. In fact, safety is the number one job for all SQ employees including management. SQ’s management is committed to providing a safe working environment.
All SQ employees at customer locations are provided the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Employees are expected to report unsafe conditions to their supervisor immediately.
