The Roots
The roots of Sustained Quality LLC extend back to 1990 when founder Gary Pollock operated a very successful employment and staffing business. As a result of providing contingent labor to a number of different Quality Assurance firms, he realized the existing third-party containment companies were inconsistent in solving the needs of the marketplace. It was then Gary decided to launch his own Quality Assurance and Containment Company.

The Research
Gary’s entrepreneurial vision led him to step out of the staffing business and hire professional quality consultants. For two years he conducted research, discovering, in general, manufacturers were mainly dissatisfied with his competitors in the following three areas: a lack of basic quality concepts and knowledge, professionalism, and overall cost for services provided.

The Results
Following the advice of quality experts, Sustained Quality immediately took root and developed a key relationship with a major European automotive manufacturer in Greenville, South Carolina. As a result, Sustained Quality combined forces with a nationally ranked and leading staffing firm to ensure each client receives a quality workforce, while maintaining a fully developed delivery mechanism utilizing well-established services and methodologies.
