Sustained Quality manages these issues, as well as others, to provide a timely and accurate solution.

SORTING
Reviewing part characteristics to separate
out any non-conforming parts

INSPECTION
A visual comparison of all remaining
parts for possible defects.

REWORKING
Changing physical characteristics of
non-conforming part to produce a
conforming part.

ASSEMBLY
Connecting various parts together as
specified in the production process.

CONTAINMENT
Implementing a process insuring no release
of defected or non-conforming parts is allowed.

REPRESENTATION
Sustained Quality can serve as a liaison
between suppliers and OEMs to effectively communicate
and solve any quality related issues.

WAREHOUSING
To minimize the ongoing issues created by just in time inventory, Sustained Quality will store parts and/or components, then quickly deliver these items as needed to meet the production schedule.

SEQUENCING
In addition to simply warehousing parts, prior to shipment Sustained Quality will organize the shipment to match the order as needed to meet any production requirements of a company.
